Heal Me Oh Lord

Psalm 30:2
O Lord my God, I cried to you for help, and you restored my health.

Heal Me Oh Lord
I recently re-injured my back, and for some reason healing has been a difficult process this time.  That being said, I am happy and thankful that I Can definitely see, a slight improvement with each new day.

In the past three to four months,  several of my friends have been dealing with some serious health issues,  and most,  more severe than mine.  It seems that my husband and I,  are adding new names to our prayer list on a weekly and sometimes daily basis.

While at home during my recovery, God placed an idea on my heart that would bring comfort to those who are ill or suffering in some way physically.  As a result of this,  I decided to do something different this time,  due to the number of people that I know right now,  that are dealing  with cancer, heart issues, strokes, tumors, and other physical ailments.

Today’s post is simply a collection of scriptures to draw strength from, for those who are ill.  If you are not facing an illness at this time,  you may know someone that is. It is my prayer that you will share these scriptures with them, as you pray for their total and complete healing.
Remember that no matter how bad it looks, or what the diagnosis is, God is able!

We must become prayer warriors on behalf of those that are suffering physically.  May God bless you as you intercede on their behalf.
I still believe in God’s  miraculous power to heal, and I pray that you do too.
Prayerfully the following scriptures will be of comfort to you and to those that you love.

 Psalms 107:19-21
19
“Lord, help!” they cried in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress.
